Mary Stephenson is a trauma-informed coach, healer, and transformational guide with over 20 years of experience empowering leaders and organizations to bridge personal growth and professional development.

She specializes in working with highly creative and empathic leaders to foster meaningful change through intuitive coaching and integrative healing.

Her private practice creates safe, sacred spaces for transforming unconscious patterns and illuminating potential. Mary helps clients and groups to perceive the truth of their being.

As a founding Guide at Chief, Mary has helped women leaders navigate leadership complexities with authenticity and compassion.

Certified through the Inner Science Academy and the Pocket Project, Mary has studied collective trauma with experts like Thomas Hübl and Dr. Peter Levine (Somatic Experiencing) and many others. Her approach integrates these teachings to address the systemic, ancestral and personal dimensions of healing and growth.

A graduate of the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Southern California, Mary combines her academic foundation with a unique ability to hold space for her clients’ emotional and spiritual growth.

She splits her time between the West Coast and New York City, while working with clients globally.
